This hotel continues to be the best value in the area. Surrounded by hotels that cost much more and provide no more value, this Best Western continues to shine. I have stayed at this hotel many times for business. Consistent value, friendly staff, free WI-FI, and a large free breakfast. While the bathrooms may be dated, they are clean and functional. Each time I visit Vienna Virginia I make sure to stay at this hotel.
Very good, and clean. Good selection of food such as pancakes, eggs, and bagels.

We paid for a King, and were upgraded to a suite, great room, bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, both when we checked in and out. The breakfast was above average for a BW, hot food, donuts, oj, good coffee. Only here for 1 night, but it was within walking distance of a couple of places to eat as well.
Nice and comfortable rooms and beds; rooms tastefully decorated; hotel well maintained, staff friendly and helpful; location close to events and sights.
I'm sorry i don't remember her name, but she was very kind, efficient, and professional. We arrived very late at night.
We were on our way to Cape Cod, and spent the night here and it was a very good choice. It took a while for the internet to work but it did. Everything was clean, and a nice indoor pool, very pleasant stay
This is our second time to stay at Best Western Fairfax. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our room was right across from the pool which was great for our 11 ans 12 year old grandkids. Gloria kept the breakfast buffet well stocked and the food was great. This was a huge plus before we made our daily trips into DC. Paul and Sandra behind the desk gave us great service and provided all the tips we needed to catch the bus infront and riding the Metro. My trips to West haven and surrounding areas always has me staying at the Best Western Exceutive Hotel. Their staff is always top notch and professional.The accommodations are excellent and the location is conveniently close to major business.Prices are very reasonable and accommodate their longer staying guest.I Highly recommend staying at this Best Western Hotel. thank You
