Everything was nice and clean. Excellent Customer service. The front desk people and the laundry people were awesome! You're stay includes a free breakfast and it's great! I tipped everyone. They deserved it.
The price for the amenities doesn’t add up. The carpet and rooms were old. There weren’t sufficient towels or soaps. Indoor pool was cold. Breakfast was from 5-9 and at 8 am they were out of muffins, eggs, and waffle batter. Should have picked a well rated different hotel option for $100 less.
Good location in Elko. Easy on and off the highway. A short drive to downtown restaurants/bars. Elevator and interior corridor. Friendly and efficient reception staff. We booked a king room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the room was obviously a former 2-queen room and the empty space created by the removal of the 2nd bed was huge! The room could have used a loveseat or couple of chairs as the only seating was the desk chair and there was obviously plenty of room! Bathroom sink did not... read more
It was a wonderful stay. Just one night as we traveled home. The staff were amazing and attentive. Especially after my late night shower episode. I was attempting to shower to help us leave earlier but someone who used the shower head before me (another guess) was put on a different setting and “showered” the floor instead. Didn’t know it till I got out. I did manage to fix it before I completely finished my shower.
