My experience in the last few years with Best Westerns has been poor so I was hesitant to try this one. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad I did. Very friendly staff. Large room (though a bit rough and dated, it did feel clean). Nice parking area. Good price. I’ll return if I need to stay in Elko again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My toddler son has a congenital heart defect that affects his circulation, making him extremely sensitive to cold temperatures, especially water temperatures. When we called to make reservations, we spoke with the front desk lady, and she said that the pool was heated and warm and that they had a nice hot tub as well. Hotel rocks my socks off. Clean rooms, fantastic service, definitely worth this day every time I come here for business. Edit: had to take my review down a few stars. The room in right now is filthy dirty.
Really good experience at this Best Western. Definitely better then comfort inn and Elkhotel down the street. Was just here on work and needed a good hotel with breakfast. And they have laundry as well.
