Dont even take a one night stand here🤣🤣🤣 Mannnn i wouldn't stay here if it were the last run down wannabe renovated motels in the bluffs. My outta town family came in for a concert and im ashamed to even let em in the room, the overwhelming middle eastern Cologne scent in "cleaned" rooms, hot and humid rooms on checkin for guests, good thing i came in to make sure it was up to snuff, cant rely on people now a days for a service, now a straight up in convenience, most people wanna use the tv for god knows what, try not mou... read more

Zero stars. Absolutely zero. There is no reason for a two story hotel to not have an elevator or any kind. If we could have changed hotels, we would have, but a canceled flight meant every other location was full. In addition, the room we were originally booked was not cleaned before we arrived. There was trash all over the place, the beds were ruined, and it's clear they don't have any way of checking which rooms have and have not checked out, even if there's still a do not disturb hanger on it. Very nice and pleasant stay. Quiet, large heated pool. Very clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing you can tell she takes pride on her breakfast hospitality and great selection and fresh fruit, waffles, cereals, mini yogurt bar, hot eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins and more.

Hotel clerks not welcoming. The room was clean the bar was not . Shower had hair and soap stuck to walls . Bath tub faucet was rusted and fell off . Informed the desk they said thanks for letting them know. Left uncovered and unhappy. No apology for this incident! On a positive the hotel is really nice to with lots of sitting areas and the breakfast hostess Olfina was very attentive and friendly!
