Staff was very friendly and thorough, and the breakfast was decent - lots of options. Rooms, pool, and hotel were clean. Good location, only about 10 minutes to the zoo and plenty of food options within a quick drive. My main complaints have to be that our bathroom made constant noise (no sure what!) and the water in the shower. Probably the worst showers I've taken at a hotel, I can't even sugarcoat it. My husband & I were traveling from South Dakota to visit Omaha Nebraska with our toddler. Our only plans were to see the Zoo & hit up a local playground. I booked this because it was a decent price & had decent reviews. This isnt a fancy hotel, it was defintely dated, we had a lil privacy issue with our curtain we were able to fix ourselves. By far one of the worst hotels I attempted to stay at, and hands down the worst best Western. Originally checked and to start the lobby was extremely hot and had mildew smell to it, the halls have an overwhelming smell of chemicals. Have stayed here for work and for vacation. Overall bad location and over priced as it gets. Minimal customer service would have been better than what service is and I would guarantee your tv doesn’t work.
