Good location for easy interstate on/off access. Good food options in immediate proximity to hotel. Room was clean. Low rating due to excessive noise. There is insufficient sound dampening in the walls between the room. I was awaked multiple times in the night by people in the room next to me talking.
Paint peeling from ceiling in room 107. Was sent to laundry room and had come back to get change for laundry. Close to Walmart, $7 Uber plus tip. Steakhouse on same property save 10%. Waffle house next door.
There is a $20 pet fee, and pets are not allowed on the furniture. If you get 2 noise complaints, you will be made to leave. They have pet friendly rooms and non pet friendly rooms. By far the worst "Best" Western I have stayed at. It is conveniently located near I-44 and that is the only benefit I know of. There are numerous damages noticed around the room, black spots on towels, and the bed is creaky and hard. I paid $124.71 for one nights stay, including the $20 pet fee.
