Clean and affordable
I can't believe that Best Western has their name on this hotel. I say at Best Western all of the time and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was rude and very curt. I walked in and she said, "reservation"? I confirmed and gave her my name she said, "no pets, no smoking!" very rude and unpersonable. The room was recently renovated and was still terrible. Never again will I book this hotel. No functional smoke detector in the room. It has been removed. Wires were exposed. Husband who’s in a power chair went to the office and couldn’t get in easily. Employee sat and watched him struggle. Husband asked about ADA Compliance and was told no. The building was built in the 70s. He did however show my husband a ramp to leave from.
