I was very happy with the high standard of customer service.The lady at front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to get a room that was very quiet so I can get good rest as a truck driver it made me great full and thankfull I was very tired from driving .Great place staff and breakfast I on behalf of the drivers that stay here I want to say thankyou!for your services.
If you require a receipt for business travel, stay anywhere else. Last night was my second and last time at this hotel. Both times I have to track down the General Manager to receive a receipt. It’s an unnecessary amount of effort you’re just adding to your workday.
Comfortable and clean hotel close to the I-5. Breakfast was good and in a comfortable clean setting. Travelled with a small dog so fee was $20 extra, reasonable.
Nice place to stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nova at the front desk is so considerate and caring. Thankful that places with good people still exist!!
From desk girl with the septum piercing was incredibly helpful, kind, and personable. At first I called on the phone with questions and she answered them quickly and correctly. When I arrived 30 minutes later she recalled what I had called for and answered my follow up questions with ease. Three years with the company and if she's not getting paid at the top most tier available for her position, I suggest you do.
