Clean, well kept, friendly. It’s not a luxury hotel, it’s where you stay while you do other things or go other places. The showers are unusual, in that they are easy to operate and the shower heads are up very high, which is a bonus for tall people.
Room clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast full and hearty, great staff. Front desk attendant, Eli, took great care of us and made our stay so pleasurable. Will be returning on our next visit to Arcata.
Always a great place to stay. Staff is friendly. The rooms are always clean. Super hot water. Their breakfasts is outstanding. Hotel feels very safe but the immediate surrounding area- I do not recommend strolling around in- especially at night.
Customer service was no good at all. Either he don’t like Us or He just mean and just want to find someone to give a hard time. We had to call corporate and they fix it and was nice. Area was good because stores and restaurants just across the street and the freeway. Breakfast was so good because Renee was the best. Thank you Renee. Bathroom just needs more cleaning.
Enjoyed spending a few nights here with my family. Eli at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Top notch customer service! Breakfast area was immaculate and food options rotated from day to day with a nice selection of hot dishes along with other breakfast staples (including granola/snack bars).
