stayed here was my best lodging experience on this 2500 mile trip from Texas ! first of all it tops all the other hotels along the way (including Embassy Suits in SF) by having the best shower pressure ( I mean water volume) ! The hotel is well updated and well maintained in every aspect Angie at front desk was very friendly and helpful she even offered chocolate cookies she made herself for free Delicia the breakfast assistant is a worker bee, she was non stop cleaning restocking all the time ! Very pet friendly
Room was okay. Area around this BW is going downhill. This BW is older. Needs a rehab of rooms and bathrooms.
VERY nice room. A very pleasant surprise at the end of a long day of driving. The room was clean and comfortable but even better, it had a jetted tub in the room.... which I went ahead and tested just so I could let you guys know how well it worked, he said with a crooked smile..... The tub was amazing, the room was on point and all of the amenities were present. I relaxed while the stress of the road melted off of me while I watched a little TV and planned the next days route
Outdated hotel, although it looks like they are currently making some improvements to the property. Deadbolt on door did not work, crazy lady was bothering us and other guests for the first 2 days of our stay. She was finally removed from the property after they finally called the authorities. We ended up leaving our reservations a day early. Didn’t feel safe. Must say that the staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived. 5 stars for the staff 1 star for the hotel.
