There was no tv remote I had to go down stairs to get one, n tv still didn't work, I was told nothing can be done until morning, after about 5 minutes they gave me another room, because I said give me a refund,or another room, plus no coffee in room n no wash cloths, there was towel
This place is trash! And they lie to you at the desk and tell you they are gonna refund you for canceling a booking before 8pm, but no one answers the phone nor emails to confirm the refund.... and they keep your money. Liars....!
Our check person was on a personal call on speaker phone the entire time she checked me in and my friend to checked in almost an hour before us said she was doing the same thing. My son got locked in his room because the dead bolt has to be moved just right or you can't unlock it. Their maintenance man who doubles as the cook told my son "that's just the way it is." The person who checked us in must hate life. My husband was speaking to me and she rudely made a comment and he very politely told her that he was speaking with me. After she explained the rules about pool made it a point to state that if they were broken we would be kicked out. Room itself was great. It was clean and the air was already on. It smelled fresh. Won't stay here again just because of the service.
Not very friendly at check in, didn't mention anything about breakfast available, no TV remote, then the TV still didn't work , was told nothing can be done until morning, I said give me another room, or a refund 5 minutes later I got another room. I will never ever stay there again.
