I'm sorry to say that best western airport gets a thumbs down 👎🏽 the reason why is when I went to try to rebook my room.They put me through so many different obstacles.By the time I was able to rerent the room , I had already booked another room at another hotel. So I recommend that if you need a place to stay , if you're not in a dire , need to rush , make this your last choice

If I could give this place a zero I would. I requested multiple times for housekeeping to come by while we were out. The lady, Jessica, said they would do it. Later that day, we came back to our room and it was just as we left it. I went to the front and told the same person, Jessica that nothing was done to our room. She said "I told them so I did my part". She said the housekeeping said i had a hanger on the door so they bypassed our room. One of the nicest hotel in Tulsa.
People sleeping in a car outside my room starting and running every 15 minutes couldn't sleep. Went to the front desk was told they can't control the parking lot and did nothing about it. This went on for two days, adjacent room told me it was there last night also. Business doesn't care about customer care
