When i booked this hotel it said it was 2.8 miles from the airport which is far from the truth. We were flying in at midnight and I didnt want to drive too far but I ended up driving at least 20 minutes if not more. The hotel is really rundown. I have never been in a hotel where there was a bandit partition when checking in so you know what kind of neighborhood this was. I will certainly do more research next time.
Rooms are shitty, and they wanted a 100 deposit after I had paid online no cash on a card. I ubered there. I didn't have the whole 100 on an actual physical card. Just on my tap to pay. Lady at the front desk leaves next guest comes in and she checks them in and it's only a 50 deposit. I asked how much is the deposit she said 50. I said thank you. I left!
The lady that works at 930 at night is very rude and not understanding she needs was better customer service skills if you want to work at a higher class hotel.
Poor. Front desk service sucked. Very disrespectful
