Room was clean and stocked. The only thing that bothered me was the kids yelling in the hall. I will stay there again
Exceptional staff. Breakfast bar excellent and everything fresh. Our 10 days were very relaxing and our service dog 🐶 was accepted by everyone. We will be back. Thanks Best Western for making our trip a great success.
Had a pool party for my daughter, pool is opened to our party and hotel guests however a guest was aloud to hold a party with middle and high school kids while my 3rd grader and her friends felt taken over! I called regarding this I was told I was a lair that they were all hotel guests however we watched several attending her dropped off! This is our go to place when visiting family in Cumberland area. We really enjoy it. Staff is very helpful always a smile. Fill friendly. Really want to try that indoor pool we just never find the time. Breakfast is very nice.
Quiet hotel. Nice rooms. Kids loved the pool. I loved having all the TV channels and good movies on to relax to the night before my race.
Lots of water dripping from ceiling in pool room. Water not draining from floor all over pool area. Paint peeling and mold on ceiling
Attended birthday party at the pool area. Piece of the ceiling (drywall) fell out next to our table. Looks like all the moisture has effected the drywall and pieces are patched and falling out all over. Needs a revamp and the right material installed on walls and ceiling area. In need of an update asap..used to be really nice.
We stay here every year we come see my wife's Parents. Great place not to busy.
