They are very kind and wonderful and have a lot of patience. If you truly need hearing aids these are the folks to see.

I was very pleased with Best Value Hearing. Shelley, my hearing technician, was very professional, really caring and concerned about my hearing lose, making sure my hearing aide was fitted and working correctly. Also that I knew all the volume and surrounding settings and how to adjust them. It has enhanced my relationship with my wife, now I hear most of what she is telling me, although she says I have selective hearing. ON MAY 1, 2018 I WILL HAVE HAD MY AUDIBEL A2 PLATINUM WIRELESS RIC 312 FOR 4 YEARS. WHILE MY HEARING WILL NEVER BE 100% NORMAL AGAIN, THIS SYSTEM HAS IMPROVED MY HEARING IN CHURCH SERVICES, IN MY HOME AND IN MEETINGS. Jon Richardson, who serves Wilkes and Ashe County NC area, is both personable and informative. During the hearing exam and when reviewing the results, I learned so much about my hearing issues. He spent a lot of time with me, and I'm confident he'll do everything he can to help me in the future.
