I went to the Morganton office today to have my Starkey hearing aids that I bought elsewhere adjusted. I was greeted and made comfortable by Linda and seen by Stephen to have an updated hearing test done. He adjusted my hearing aids, explaining each step and gave me information on the newest technology. I have been doing business with Best Value Hearing since the early 90’s. I just purchased a new set of the CIC Audibel last month. I can hear better than I ever have , love these new ones. Robin at Statesville location is the best hearing aid specialist I have ever met, she honestly cares about you and wants you to hear as well as possible. I highly recommend Best Value Hearing Care Center to anyone with Hearing needs!
