I'm from out of town and thought I had the rubber end piece from my hearing aid stuck in my ear canal. I was 'fit' in for an appointment the same day to accommodate my situation. The Dr. and her receptionist were extremely personable. I was very relieved when she assured me there was nothing stuck in it. I was not charged for the visit! I would highly recommend this business!! P.s. I found the piece on the bathroom floor when I returned home. 🤭
Their service is good. Only problem is no information on how much the replacement batteries are at time of purchase and you can't put them in the hearing aids I bought! $300. Dollars per ear for a battery and they have to be sent out to be installed!
The hearing specialist listened to my comments and gave excellent customer service.
