Their service is good. Only problem is no information on how much the replacement batteries are at time of purchase and you can't put them in the hearing aids I bought! $300. Dollars per ear for a battery and they have to be sent out to be installed! Please note that car batteries are around $100. Dollars, I believe there is something really wrong when they want to charge $300. Per ear for a small battery!
Very nice place, hearing test went well, Ashley took her time and explained everything, wasn't rushed. She's very nice.
Very conscientious concerning the assurance that the hearing aids are performing at optimum level.
It was a very enjoyable visit with advise to help me make a great choice.
