Well, nothings changed since last review, no one answers ***** or chat, can't leave messages because their voicemail is full, emails unanswered. My sales rep's ***** has changed without letting me know.
They need to answer their phone and respond to customer messages that report problems.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great quality and amazing service. Respectful listeners and do exactly what you ask.

Best Solar Power is by far one of the BEST Solar companies to work with. Great team, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The first time I met with the sales rep, Gary, he came to my house in Los Angeles in the morning and brought me a coffee to get the day started. That was where it all started. They did a great job with the installation and not damaging with the roof which I was truly scared of. Overall, a great job!
