Poor communication and after waiting all morning and several calls later, they finally came in a unmarked Honda Odyssey van to tell me it's a $400 upcharge. Cancelled my appointment. Should have looked closely at the 5 star reviews as they now seem fake. Also, received several calls and text from a different number that doesn't match the company name.

If you need carpet cleaning in San Diego, I highly recommend asking for Giovanni. He was on time, very professional, and super friendly, which made me feel comfortable having him in my home.
