Kaden and Antonio from Best San Diego Carpet Care did an excellent job at my home. they arrived on time, were polite, careful with their tools, and explained the carpet cleaning process in simple detail. They deep cleaned all of my carpets, including several white areas with heavy traffic and stubborn spots i thought would never come out. i am so pleased with the carpet cleaning service we received from Best San Diego Carpet Care. They got to our home in San Diego quickly and did an amazing job on the carpets, with very competitive pricing and excellent results. The team went above and beyond, and the whole process was easy from scheduling to cleanup. A couple of weeks later, a few spots started to wick back up from deep in the carpet padding, and antonio came back promptly to do a more thorough stain treatment at no extra cost. I called to have an older beige hallway carpet cleaned because it had dark traffic lines and edge stains, and we were getting ready to list our home. They were able to schedule carpet cleaning for the very next day, and they even called first to ask if arriving a little early would work since the prior job finished ahead of time. Mateo was courteous, professional, and clearly knew carpet care well. Destroyed my carpet and caused mold damage to the walls. The picture below was AFTER the cleaning, there was no stain there before. Did not respond to any follow ups, and the address listed is a P.O. Box. These reviews seem fake as well. Do not use this company.
