better than some, worse than others... No-nonsense company but certainly doesn't go out of their way to be helpful, even when things were broken and dirty during my move-in inspection. They are cost-conscious to the point I spent several months with things in disrepair before reporting them, just in case they forced me to pay-- which did happen on one occasion even though it was not my fault. They are more concerned about the owner's profit than tenant's comfort.
