My time storing things was just fine, but the location is very inconvenient for access. The loading dock is built for tractor trailers several feet higher than your typical uhaul truck ramp. I was able to pick up and return my uhaul without issues except for being charged twice. I was charged when I made the reservation and charged again when returning the vehicle. If I could give this place NO stars I would. The manager Jill was extremely rude and used profanity along with yelling while speaking to us in front of other customers. Another customer even said they felt uncomfortable and asked for their keys because of how Jill was talking to us. Instead of resolving our deposit issue, she stormed off and told us to call U-Haul, refusing to help despite us being sent there by U-Haul. Completely unprofessional behavior from a manager. I would not recommend this location.
