Unfortunately, I have to change my 5 star review to no star but "0" star not allowed. Peter only good for sales and installation with high labor costs because he can convince you easily with his sales performance. i have purchased with his recommendation 5 Daizuki units and one of them failed which is large one for living room after a month I suffered to get even lover model replacement 6+ months.
