I called them in a bit of desperation because my door wouldn't go down and rain was in the forecast. They were able to have someone out in a few hours. The repairman was very friendly and fixed the problem in no time. He replaced the cables and did some minor maintenance on the door as well. I would highly recommend them. What a pleasant, painless experience!
