Every time I have called, the service person comes quickly, at my convenience. Every time, problems are resolved. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Door broke and was repaired on 1/15. On 1/23 door became excessively loud. I was told (as if I was a dumb female) that this is to be expected of an older door opener. On 1/24 they came back to check and said looks fine to them and the noise continued. On 2/13 the track connecting the opener unit to the door fell off of the garage wall. Apparently it was not connected properly after the repair on 1/15 and the vibrations of the poor connection were making the noise. The door is inoperable manually and I cannot get a call back.... read more
Called in the morning they were there before noon. Fixed everything within a hour. Great job!!
