Not the Best Hotel. And not the best hotel. (At all)!
Actually not bad. But not great. Friendly staff. But have to pay to park! Never done that before!
Don't stay here. Specially if u have an early AM flight. Their shuttle starts at 6.
Lobby. Pretty much the only part of the hotel that has any upkeep.
I checked out and return later for an Item I left behind and they claimed they did not find or see my belongings wow I only had checked out an hour before.
The worst nightmare that you would experience being alive. They charge for things you didn't ask, police visit the hotel weekly due to discussion between customers and desk assistants. Dreadful stay!!
Horrible customer service ... For a miami hotel it's cheap, but come on, you can't charge to treat people bad
Not the greatest hotel ever, but Hotwire rate is $37. A/C is very cold which is nice for balmy Miami nights. The hotel staff seems overwhelmed every morning when new guests arrive. Not terrible.
This was actually really nice. The hotel was beautiful. My room was very clean, cold & full of extra pillows, blankets & soap! Go for the parking lot, parking tickets are $18 each.
