It’s like pulling teeth getting anything done over here now. They used to have a good guy that worked there but now that he’s gone this place really needs to step up their game, I hope you guys get it together.
Unpleasant Service! The customer service representative had an attitude as if they were doing me a favor by selling the product. I feel sorry for this guy...
Had an issue with getting some products delivered, after going back and forth trying to figure out some shipping issues, they were able to resolve and meet expectations for returning some products. Products that we did purchase and use are of good quality and prices are just right!
Questionable expertise. Very questionable. I asked for a specific part number and it took 15 minutes to tell me they don't carry that. WOW....then the "sales" person started talking to a co-worker while I was trying to explore other products I need. I may have just gotten a new person. or an inexperienced person. I may try again, but this was a very frustrating experience. Hopefully they will get this fixed.
Never use Best Materials. Their ordering system doesn’t reflect when they will ship the product. They gave a lame excuse for not shipping and then charged 35% restocking fee for product never shipped. Buyers beware!!!
