They are unresponsive and it's very frustrating. I've been waiting over a month for a simple answer related to billing. I've spoken twice with one of the managers on the phone and he keeps telling me "will get back to you asap" but still nothing. I've emailed their billing department and they don't reply. Best Management served as our property management company from 2021 through early 2026. Unfortunately, even a one-star review feels too generous. Throughout our time with them, the company was consistently disorganized and frequently charged excessive and unnecessary fees. My account has a zero balance as I prepaid by credit card and yet they still processed an ACH for full amount of monthly assessments, over $1,000. I requested an ACH refund immediately due to their error. They are telling me they must wait 10 days to make sure the ACH clears.... An ACH payment would decline immediately, it is not a paper check. It doesn't even take 10 days for a paper check to clear.
