BEST Management is the WORST. They sent an email at 9am saying the deck cleaning is delayed a week. THE DAY OF! It would have been better to receive this email last night, yes. Or earlier this morning. Instead I pulled all my pots in basically blocking off my dinning room, then cleared off the front deck. It’s all on the lawn,. TIL next week! What is wrong with these people?! And this is after BEST Management literally & publicly shamed a couple condo owners that their deck wasn’t cleared off. Ugh. HORRIBLE!
0 stars. Incompetent, unresponsive. Repairs take too long to complete. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
They are unresponsive and it's very frustrating. I've been waiting over a month for a simple answer related to billing. I've spoken twice with one of the managers on the phone and he keeps telling me "will get back to you asap" but still nothing. I've emailed their billing department and they don't reply. They sure love to send out threatening emails, but when you respond they just ignore you. Best Management served as our property management company from 2021 through early 2026. Unfortunately, even a one-star review feels too generous. Throughout our time with them, the company was consistently disorganized and frequently charged excessive and unnecessary fees. When we requested clarification, responses were often vague or we received no response at all. My account has a zero balance as I prepaid by credit card and yet they still processed an ACH for full amount of monthly assessments, over $1,000. I requested an ACH refund immediately due to their error. They are telling me they must wait 10 days to make sure the ACH clears.... An ACH payment would decline immediately, it is not a paper check. It doesn't even take 10 days for a paper check to clear.
