Terrible customer service. Empty place and the lady seemed like she was In a rush to get us out of there.
The customer service is so poor. They won’t let you try multiple flavors. We went to buy 4 ice cream and end up buying only 2 for kids since we couldn’t try the flavors.
For a hot day after a long walk too!!!
This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I asked “Patricia” for a sample and she refused, which okay I can understand, however, the way she said it was rude and disrespectful. Secondly, my husband gave her his order and she turned around and refused to take his order. It’s 8:08 5/27/26 in the evening/weekday. No one in the business except us (2 people) and one employee. The girl working has her back to us heating up something in the microwave. She then turned farther away from us and it appeared she was heating up her dinner (chicken). She completely ignored we were waiting at the checkout to be waited on.
