Great place to eat! We had antipasta and garlic knots and they were both great! Sauce is delicious!
Great rolls and pizza. Enjoyed talking with the young man from Mississippi and our server Mason was very polite and provided great service.

Best Italian Cafe is always part of my Gatlinburg visits! The garlic rolls are to die for! We visited their new location in the middle of town this time. Same great food and we had a great server! My only suggestion would be to give the new place a little TLC and add some personal touches to personalize and improve the atmosphere and ambience. But I've recommended Best to countless people for years!

We always stop and eat lunch when we are in the area. The lunches are the best plus you gotta love the garlic knots. My ONLY complaint, which is very minor, is the lunch portions are much smaller than they used to be. We still love this place no matter what
Food tasted great and scenery was BEAUTIFUL..! Only thing is thePRICE.!😭 Paid 70 something for just a small pizza, a large and calzone😏😭.!!!
