I have been coming to Gatlinburg for over 30 years. There are two Best Italian Restaurants in Gatlinburg. Go to the original one next to the ELK Lodge. It is our favorite Restaurant in Gatlinburg.
Lousy service, good pizza but very poor customer service both from our waitress, Maria and the manager on duty. They brought the wrong pizza and refused to adjust the bill after adding$10.50 for 3 toppings, making it more than the one we ordered. Will not go back.
We have been coming to the best for about 25 years, maybe more. Garlic rolls are always amazing, pizza is not what it used to be. We ordered antipasti and the salami was bad, we told the waitress, the manager never came over. They took $3.00 off the salad. Not good business, didn't expect the meal for nothing but at least not charged for the antipasti. And the manager should have at least come over to apologize.
Delish pizza. Massive slices. Fresh tomatoes. Excited to eat our leftovers tonight.
Amazing hidden treasure! We go to the one at the end of gatlinburg by the toy store every time we are in the area. Calamari is lightly breaded and tender, garlic knots are loaded with garlic, lasagna is perfectly balanced with filling and sauce, and the CALZONE!!!!!! OMG! On the recommendation of the guy at the toy store we tried one. Best choice ever. Be patient they take some time to make but the wait is worth it.
We go there at least 2x's a year... This past visit, we were on our way back home to Kentucky from a week in Panama City Beach. When we drove an hour and a half out of way just to enjoy dinner there!!!! Every dish I have ever had was outstanding!
Local guy who owns bar in front told us about this place, he did not steer us wrong, don't miss going to this place!!!
Good good ! Service a little slow but it was a elderly woman!
