This place was amazing and if you come you must get the rolls.
Phil and Nancy Bergstresser have long thought this place is appropriately named! We ate here twice in the two night stay this week enjoying the awesome Lasagna and garlic knots the first time and the gigantic Calzone the second day. Very pleasant and efficient service by the attentive Katie on the patio. Our grown son was here last weekend and assured us that it was as good as always. Great, authentic Italian food and the best service we've ever had. We have two toddlers so dining out isn't something we enjoy often. We had an excellent waiter, Alex. Took care of our babies first and was very considerate of their needs, which doesn't happen often with wait staff. Food was great (and very generous portions), prices were affordable, location right on the strip, and best service we've ever had. Will definitely be back!
We love Best Italian so much! Everything we've had is delicious! Garlic rolls are a MUST!! Always a two times a trip visit for us!!

Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. She had a fall but managed to finish her job. The people next to us were loud and obnoxious. The food was great.
Best restaurant in Gatlinburg. I have sever food allergies and they are always good to work with us
Good experience the pasta was amazing the pizza wasn't bad either but not as good as it was made out to be the wait staff was courteous and attentive
