Terrible inspection. They did not point out serious problems with the house such as roof issues and other environmental hazards. Look elsewhere.
Though this was my first ever inspection experience, as this is my first ever home, I was still able to recognize that my inspector Butch truly went above and beyond, not only doing my inspection but explaining everything to me in layman’s terms afterwards so that I would understand. They performed the inspection on my parents house. Garret was very thorough and patient with my parents who had questions and concerns. Garret took the time to go over each picture he took while in the house. I could not recommend them enough. We are not trusting people. This is my 7th home I’ve purchased and this was hands down the best home inspection I’ve ever had. Butch’s report was extremely thorough and easy to understand. Any question / concern I had was clearly and articulately explained perfectly. Butch did a great job on our home inspection, but missed something that the seller's should have disclosed. What sets Best Inspections apart is they made it right and accepted responsibility which is rare in today's service climate. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find this kind of integrity anywhere in any service these days. I could not recommend anyone else for your home inspection. Do not hesitate to hire them.
