Instead of responding directly and calling me when I called to inquire as to why my dog's skin was exposed and red for the THIRD TIME after grooming the salon would rather comment on my yelp review! Never getting business from myself or family AGAIN.

Over the course of day, we receive hundreds of phone calls, voicemails and text messages, and cannot always respond as quickly as clients would like. Part of our mission, at Best In Show, is to be very transparent about the grooming process. Most dogs are wonderful and get through the grooming process with no problems.
