In the matter of weeks, Best Impressions took me from totally insecure to smile, laugh or look people in the eye to the most gorgeous beautiful, white smile! I couldn't be happier with the results but the absolute BEST part was how they ALL treated me with kindness and sincerity. I love this dentist office. Dr. Dannegger is knowledgeable and professional, yet personable and approachable. He does an especially good job explaining procedures and recommendations. My children feel safe and comfortable (age 8 and 11) going to his office. I trust his decisions and expertise. The staff are friendly and the office is clean. I would be happy to recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

One the best dentist ive found and the ladies that work there are awesome. Being self pay he gave me options on treatment . Highly recommend Best impressions for anyone looking for a family dentist.
Dr. Dannegger was my dentist throughout my time living in Missouri. Though I have had other experiences since, his team was always professional, knowledgeable, and I always felt like family.
Dr D pulled a tooth for me yesterday. Was really tough to pull. Today I'm doing great no swelling, pain, or bruising. Thanks Dr D
