He completed a tune up and some minor maintenance to my air conditioner and then said he (1) could replace the 2 ** bulbs for $90, and (2) perform duct cleaning for $240. I had a leak on my toilet and contacted Best Home Services (BHS) on October 15, 2024. According to their ad, they had a special fee of $39 for an estimate. I was told that to reconstruct the toilet parts and repair the intake valve would cost $500 and that since my toilet was from 1988 I would need a new one because it probably had build up of lime and eventually would not flush properly.
