They were there on time. Called to let you know their arrival time. Did not pressure us. Told us what he recommended. It was up to us as to what we wanted to do. He left us alone to talk about it without him watching over us. To many sales persons sit there and make you feel guilty if you don't do everything they recommend. This was refreshing. Good representative for the company.

Chris Dawson was the point person for the generator delivery. Very attentive to detail and wanted me to be aware that the gate to our community was broken accidentally when he came in residents entry. He certainly didn’t have to admit to that and I’m extremely impressed that he wanted me to make sure and notify the proper person. Looking forward to working with him when electrical work is done
We had a very good experience dealing with Jeff Norman. We get our new A.C system on Thursday. We are expecting great service once again.
