Excellent experience. Our service tech Kenny Dabney kept us updated on his arrival time. He was knowledgeable, neat, friendly and courteous. Simple plugged tub drain turned out to be a little more involved and when a dead rodent was removed, he took it all in stride. We were lucky to have him service our call.
