He called ahead to let me know he was on the way, explained the different WiFi thermostat choices, installed the one I choose, and was able to stay and complete a full maintenance check on my HVAC unit which I had not scheduled ahead but needed done. In addition, he was able to help me download the program to my phone and open an account so that I had full phone control of the new thermostat before he left. RecommendedI needed to have the plunger in a toilet tank looked at. I needed to find a plumber. The day I called, today, I had a technician come out. He didn't have good news for me since there is a leak in the wall behind the toilet. Jeremy was a very nice gentleman, did a good job analyzing my problem, explained all the work this would lead to, and has a crew coming out on Tuesday to do the work.
