Vinnie was awesome. He went far beyond just replacing a main wire. He troubleshot our A/C, reprogrammed our thermostat and upgraded our surge protector. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable.
The technician was good. Completed the job in a half hour.The 530 dollar labor charge was way out of line.The part was under warranty .I would never use your service again.

Mauricio did an excellent job. I would appreciate having him return again should I need future service. Explained and showed photos of everything he did. Rerouted pump wiring and exit pipes (not sure of technical terms) and now things are neater and more functional, not to mention easier to change ac filter. Thank you Mauricio!
Exceptional experience. Called for an electrician and less than two hours later, Andrew arrived (it was a non-emergency situation). Andrew was very polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. Came back the next day and finished the job. Would definitely use Best again.
