We have helped them meet the challenges that come with finding the right care. We work closely with all the families we serve, making sure we meet all their expectations. What a mismanaged company. I gather every employee is an independent contractor and there is no master schedule. Different caregivers every time, even for same need. No consistency with scheduling or timing. You are always waiting for them to call you. One nurse actually asked if I had the bandages and steri strips for the wound!!! No…that’s your job. So I been a patient for some time and they are constantly ordering wrong supplies and or not on time . I’ve been re using straight catheters which is a big NO NO especially if you have bad kidneys like I do, also been told to wash and re use another No No!!!! I’ve, spoke with mgrs , certain nurses a director of operations all they do is passify you say they are sorry but nothing get done. Worst experience with in home help ever. Different people coming in every week, no communication, and then refusal to discharge / let patient go. They are still claiming patient status and keeping my grandpa from starting another PT through insurance. If they answer the phone, they are often rude. They don't return messages well. Never again.
