I really wanted to have a better experience here, especially because the pricing is very affordable and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. I had been staying at the hospital and sleeping on a firm couch, so I desperately needed some relief for my back. Unfortunately, I left feeling that this massage was far beyond the level of pressure I requested. From the beginning, the experience was a little unusual. There wasn’t much of a greeting or explanation when I arrived. I was asked which massage I wanted, shown t... read more

Found this spot after a workout at Crunch down the street, and now it's part of my routine. Walked in with my shoulders in knots from sitting at a desk all week and walked out feeling like a new person. Easy to book, fair prices, and they actually listen when you tell them where it hurts. If you're in Lakeway and need to reset, go here.

Went in for a 90 minute massage only received 70 minutes and the masseuse demanded a minimum of 20% for gratuity. I will say very strong hands and that I appreciated but they have permanently lost my business due to keeping me out of my time which is money that would be $25.33 that I was cheated out of.

Called ahead and said I would come by to get a massage and they put me down for 1 hour table massage. They called me as I was walking in to make sure I was coming. When I get to the desk they said they don’t have availability. I’m a regular here and this is just extremely unprofessional. Especially when I talk to you on the phone twice. I get up to leave after they said they can’t help and they try and sell me on something else for twice the amount of time and money. Super disappointed with the service.
