Went for an initial visit after relocating to Powell from out of state. I was given non prescription meds for my golden. I was then told I can reorder directly from them instead of chewy. Vet price was $100 a box. Chewy price is $55. Anxitane. Why would I reorder from Best Friends? A best friend isn't going to charge you double. Deception at its finest. We have been with Best Friends for over 25 years. They have treated all of our pets and us like family. Recently we needed help with our really anxious dog and they went out of their way to help us. We can't say enough how much we love it here and how much we trust all of the vets!
All the staff always make me and my three pups feel welcome and comfortable. My oldest dog, Itchy, has fear aggression and they are always so patient and caring with him. It is obvious how much they care about their furry visitors. Itchy, Tobey, and Duncan will be forever clients with Best Friends! ❤️
I have been using Best Friends for about 20 years now. They are always honest and great with all my pets and give my all the options I can use. Staff is always friendly and attentive. At times can be pricey but that can be any vet service so I trust them with all my pets. The office is always clean. They even helped with a few of my pets passing away and couldn’t have been more loving and respectful.
Great vet clinic. Dr. Riggs and the other vets there are very caring and professional. Everything is always clean. They never rush me. I never wait for too long. There are a few emergency/surgery things they can't do, (they don't have some of the imaging equipment that a vet ER has; couldn't do the more intense CCL surgery) but for most part, they are great!
