I can't say enough good things about the Best Friends Pet Hotel! Jessica, the assistant manager, really stood out to me. The way she cares for the dogs is incredible, and it's obvious that she truly loves what she does. She shared some of her experience working with animal shelters, and I was amazed by her dedication and knowledge. The ONLY place I have never had anxiety about leaving my dog for boarding or daycare. They love my boy as much as I do and dote on him constantly! I even get picture updates while he’s there! I love this place and the prices are reasonable too!
I brought my dog to be boarded over Memorial Day weekend and it was great! I love that they offer enrichment, because I am all about lots of enrichment to keep my dog happy. They also are great with giving my girl her meds and were happy to feed her in her Kong wobbler that I do daily at home. My dog also was part of the Memorial Day party and I loved getting her little report card and they sent the most adorable picture I’ve ever seen! I can’t say enough great things about Best Friends Pet Hotel and especially their assistant manager, Jessica. You can immediately tell how much she truly cares about every single animal that comes through the doors. She goes above and beyond to keep pet parents updated and always makes sure both the pets and owners feel comfortable, safe, and happy.
