I called this location as the other location near me (Carmel) was closed due to getting the roof done but I was still pre-registered for a mobile vet appointment there. I was just calling to see if we had to go to this location for it instead but while asking my question I was rudely hung up on. Not professional. We will not even think about coming to either of these locations ever again.
Been using them for several years. They all know my Leo and seem to look forward to having him.
Friendly considerate staff. Treated my pup well. Will return!
