They are so compassionate during one of the worst times in your life. They treat you and your pet like family and are respectful of the situation. I am so happy I found them.

I just picked up the beautiful engraved box along with the two heart-shaped clay molds with my pet Ozzie's foot prints on them. These mean so much to me and I wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We had our beloved dog who was more like our child, cremated here. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks again everyone at Best Friends for compassionately taking care of our baby, and us. GOD BLESS EACH OF THE staff.
