Rocky and I both love Best Friends in Rockville. The staff is awesome and I know that Rocky loves to go for a day or for overnight. He always jumps right out of the car and runs in in anticipation. I feel lucky to have such a nice place to send my beloved puppy.
We had to leave our cat for a week stay and Ziggy seemed to really be well taken car of. We even received a email photo of her while we were away - any business involved with pets and willing to go to the extent these folk do for pet care, and pet owner concern, is number one in my book. Will not hesitate to both use again and recommend them.
My 19 month old black lab, Bradley, really enjoys coming to Best Friends, At the end of the day he is tuckered out and only wants to lay down and rest. I like the idea of Bradley having other dogs to play with under supervision. We will miss this great facility when I relocate to another state.
We took Rodney, our 60 lb Otterhound mutt, to Best Friends Rockville for a much needed haircut last week. We have taken him to 3 other places and he came home with razor burn on his hind end every time. So we decided to try Best Friends this time. He not only looked very handsome, he also had no razor burn! All the people were so friendly and Rodney clearly bonded with the groomer. He was a very happy dog when I picked him up. Finally, we found a great place to take our boy!
My three big dogs loved it. They were able to stay together in one suite and they got plenty of play time. My GSD even got individual play time since he doesn't always get along with dogs outside his pack. I am extremely pleased with the care my dogs got and will definitely bring them back to Best Friends the next time I need to leave the pups behind while I'm out of town. Thank you, Best Friends!

My pit loved it here! She usually hates leaving me, but is always so excited to go board here! She always looks happy when I pick her back up :) Fantastic, friendly staff-I know my dog is in great hands!
