Don't Leave Your Pets Here My family and I went on vacation and we just happened to return earlier than anticipated. When we got back we found our dog had his eye injured (it was scratched and dented) and he needed surgery. They claimed that they didn't cause his eye to be damaged but when we left him there he was fine and if he's under their care, then I expect him to be taken care of.
Lady Loves Camp! I have a beagle who is very social and has a ton of energy. This kennel is perfect for her because she is hardly in her actual room- she gets to play in camp all day long with the other dogs. We boarded there over labor day wknd- and we could actually watch her playing live on their website while we were out of town. Next time we go out of town- Lady will pay this kennel another visit, and i'm sure she won't mind!
Clean For an all indoor place, I was impressed at just how clean this place was. No smells. I visited this place while looking for somewhere for my dog to stay. Decided not to use them but would consider doing so because they were so clean.
Perfectly Happy Spot Myself and a few of my other friends take our dogs here while we are at work. I feel awful leaving my dog alone at home, so I take him to the daycare where he interacts with other dogs all day long. They take great care of the dogs and their facility. The people are very nice and always give feedback on how your dog played that day.
My dog came back sick, lost 13lbs and somehow his leg was injured while in their care. I was told to submit the $1000 worth of vet bills since I paid extra for the pet insurance. After submitting my bills the manager,Noelle, called and has been nothing but rude and extremely inconsiderate of the well being of my dog. She has done nothing but deny that fact that they did anything wrong and refuses to forward me to her manager. Don’t trust Best Friends with your pet!
I have been outside of this place on numerous accounts and I have also talked with one of the workers there. I would NOT recommend this place ! I have heard the poor cries and sounds of utter desperation come from inside!! There is NO WAY I would subject my dog to this place! I asked an employee when he was going to walk the poor dog and he told me they only walk them once a day , that's it! and not before the person locked up and went home for the evening!! Recommendedthe staff is very friendly and the manager is very knowledgeable, friendly and seems to really enjoy her job. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who has dogs or cats.
My pet sitter had fallen through on my first day of vacation so while in London I was looking up places for my cat to stay and stumbled across this place. The online portion was glitching for some reason but I was able to call and get her booked that day and was able to email her vaccine records. I was so grateful and thankful for the ease of the process and same day care. Thank you so much!!
