Extremely negative experience, felt unwelcome, and did not get a sense that they know how to treat either pets, or humans. Walking in in pouring rain. Not a word of welcome, no eye contact, the person at the reception simply came over to get my dog. Then looks at a chart from previous visit and says - “so I see that you dog snaps at other dogs”. I have only 1 request when grooming my dog and that is to leave his lashes alone. They keep notes about all their clients requests and I even reminded them when I dropped off my dog. They claimed his lashes were matted and they needed to cut them, how can lashes get matted?
drop off my cat for shower and nail, but found out our cat's nail was bleeding after we get home. We won't blame them if they tell us at the first place, but it feels bad when we found out by ourselves. Not recommended, and will never come back.
Grooming my Scottie Thank you Alexis for doing such a wonderful cut on my Scottie. Since my groomer closed last year, I have had such a hard time finding a groomer. Thrilled with his new doo.
Alexa and her staff always make a day at the groomer fun for my four legged friend. He leaves knowing how nice he looks!

I've been going to Best Friends for my dogs for 3 years (every 5-6 weeks). They treated my advanced aged girl with love and respect up to her last days. My new pup is treated with love and patience. The work itself is great and the ladies really listen to what you want.
My wife's little nervous Lola looks awesome after her day at the spa, and isn't a little nervous train wreck after! Just had her face trimmed up yesterday there-ADORABLE!
