I am disappointed in my service today. I went to check on my dog after she'd been there for 4 hours(they've forgotten to call me in the past when she's done). She was in a kennel and wasn't finished. They said they'd eat lunch and finish her. While I was there she sat in the back corner on the kennel and didn't move once! She looked terrified!!! When I did pick her up and talked to them about everything, I was spoken to extremely rudely! I will absolutely not be returning!

You can tell they enjoy what they do by how great they groom and bathe all the fur babies!
This is the only place that gets my basset hound's nails short enough. They are super fast, which is great because she HATES her feet being touched. I love that they take walk-ins for nails and have super friendly staff!
Every dog that I see come out of here looks absolutely fantastic, including my own!! Great groomers and staff!
