The majority of the staff were very kind and compassionate, the veterinarians kept me informed and most of the techs were very sweet, but I was NOT impressed with one tech in particular. When I called to check on my pet she was very curt and came off as abrasive. I understand that calling at night to check on your pet isn't the most convenient, but some of us work during the day and can't call.
