Best Flowers is indeed the best flowers. Jose even packed the floral arrangement nicely for me in a box so that it would be easier to carry and wouldn’t spill. So thoughtful.
Jose always has such an uplifting attitude and his flowers are wonderful! If he doesn’t have something already made, he’s quick to whip something up. He’s my go to for birthdays, anniversary or whatever
