USE CAUTION!!!! Best (or worst) Dental in Round Rock Texas. – This dentist does root canals WITHOUT prescribing pain medication. An appointment for cleaning and X-rays took over 2 1/2 hours!! Tried to see several patients at once. Attempted to pay an outstanding balance after recieving insurance statement. Instead, I was sent a bill over 2 months later with finance charges. Staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Also, can be pushy and intimidating. A brutal experience.

The office is under new management as of March 2009. The doctor in question is no longer practicing at this facility.
Beware - Don't say I didn't warn you – I agree totally with the first review. The staff at Best Dental are very unprofessional and lack a great deal of customer service skills. I arrived 10 minutes late after calling to let them know I would be a little late and I got nothing but ATTITUDE. The office staff was talking about me behind my back (IN PLAN ENGLISH)! Horrible Service and Attitude – Not only did they ask my daughter for her Social Security #( which I have no idea why a dentist office needed her SS# being a cash paying client), but they have changed their policies so much that, you have to pay before they do anything to you. You pay for the initial exam, and then after the exam, they tell you what you need to do , then you have to get up and pay for it before you get it done- very inconvenient. fantastic dental care at a great price – I had a painful dental problem recently. I called several Dentist offices about getting an emergency appointment and I was everything but laughed at. I called Best Dental and I had an appointment within the hour, 2 times! The Best Dental office staff is very professional and their prices on services (I have no dental insurance so it's cash out of pocket for me.) can't be beat.
