RecommendedI have been coming here for oil changes for a couple of years now. They are always very professional, never doing anything without checking with you first. Very prompt; the time they say it takes is accurate. I've always been very pleased with me service here.
All services done was on time and as promised. The quote that I was given was what I paid. I thank them and will continue to use them for their great service and honesty.
So I went in to advanced autozone YESTERDAY because something didn't seem right and they told me I need knew break pads when I DONT! I went to terry autozone super sweet place and they literally showed me them and they look fine! Advanced auto was trying to charge me over $132 for new break pads... when they are in good condition. It took over an hour for them to tell me what was wrong and I had an appointment... then when I told them I wasn't going to have the work done because of money a the moment it took them 30 MINUTES ... read more
They ruined my car. Installed a battery which caught fire within an hour of leaving the store
I used to love this place. They always told us what should be done now and what could wait for our 2 cars. At our last oil change they would not honor the stamp card (THAT THEY GAVE US) that takes off $15 on the 5th oil change. 😒 He just says to me the prices are getting higher and we won't do those discounts anymore.... um ok... didn't make sense to me but I definitely won't be back. That's bad business!
This place is a joke. Never take your car to them ever
These guys are awesome! I brought my fiat in for oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was left off of my order. The gentlemen took my car straight back and completed the tire rotation in about 5 minutes at no cost to me! This is my 3rd time here with a different at and the same great service! Feels amazing to know that customer service still exists!
