I highly recommend them for rug and carpet cleaning and repair. I had an older Moroccan Glaoui rug that I bought a long time ago. It had heavy stains, and my puppy had chewed a hole in it, so I had stored it away for quite a while. They carefully inspected the rug, explained the condition, and let me know it was well worth restoring. They also walked me through the rug washing process, talked about how the dyes and colors might respond during cleaning, and explained any possible risks in a clear and simple way. Nicolas was fantastic. I called about getting a wool area rug professionally cleaned, and even with a busy schedule they made time for a quote that same afternoon. Best Day Carpet Service sent a technician who was professional, on time, and very thorough. He treated the large dog urine spots well, and the carpet looked much fresher and cleaner afterward. The carpet cleaning made the place look fresh again, and it helped make the new tenants and the rental manager very happy. The stains I expected to charge the renters for were fully removed, so everything worked out much better than I thought. I have also used th... read more

What a great carpet cleaning experience! Gavin not only fit us into the schedule, but also found a way to come even sooner than our original appointment. We had a home appraisal coming up with a tight deadline, and he made sure our timing needs were fully covered. He did an excellent job deep cleaning an off-white carpet with years of pet accidents, mud, and wine stains that I honestly never expected would come out. The carpet looked so refreshed and bright after the service. Even the appraiser commented on how great the car... read more
