I rarely leave reviews, but Best Day Carpet Service went beyond what I expected. I needed carpet cleaning after my dog started leaving small urine spots around the house, likely from smelling another dog that had visited. The technician did a great job treating the pet spots, removing many of them and greatly improving the rest, and the carpet looked much fresher and cleaner afterward. I called Best Day Carpet Service to re-stretch the carpet on one stair and repair a small section that had a tough ink stain. gavin arrived the next day right on time, checked everything carefully, and explained the best carpet cleaning and repair option.
