Absolutely love it! Hope, the stylist that did my hair, was flawless in her work. She was beyond friendly & gave me exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she delivered perfectly. I have never been so happy with a hair cut before. I will most definitely be returning to Cut Loose.

I made an account just to warn people about this place. Very inexperienced. I paid $220 to get highlights that turned my hair orange and she missed all of my roots. No refund was given. Not even an apology. Do not go here and get ripped off for horrible work.

People were friendly, but unexperienced. screwed up my cut and color. The color i chose they were out of, but didn't tell me. instead they decided to pick whatever color they wanted and ended up giving me hot roots. It took them an additional 4 hours to try to fix what they did, but they couldn't because they didn't know how. my scalp was burning after the third application of color and they still made me pay for the color even tho they screwed it up and didn't know how to fix it. Every time I go to Cut Loose Salon, I am greeted with a warm hello from the staff. They do great work and always make you feel comfortable. They always cut my hair just the way I ask, and my wife loves the color line they carry! Overall great place for you family's hair care needs.

I don't when know who cut my hair, but it was terrible. I asked for a small trim as i have been trying to grow my hair out and she cut several inches off. Also, I had it thinned out. Not sure what kind of tool she was using but I have chunks of really short strands of hair(about 2 or inches short) throughout my hair. Awful!

Rachel is the greatest. I am always pleased! Never before has my entire family been happy with hair cuts at the same place. And I have seen her work miracles correcting a 3 year old child's self hair cut. This kid had butchered her own hair, but she looked adorable when she left!

My wife, myself, and our 2 children...picky teenage girls....all go to Jordan at Cut Loose Salon in Belton. She is always sweet and professional and we have never had a bad experience. She is great with cuts and color-my wife changes her mind routinely and Jordan always accommodates her and makes sure she is thrilled with her hair. Great Salon-Great Stylist!!!

The stylist Jordan is horrible. She didn't properly part off my hair while cutting, she used her fingers and not a comb to pick up my hair for cutting and she slanted my hair at odd angles for cutting. I stopped her, picked up a section of my hair which contained a very uneven pieces and said, "This looks horrible!" She tried to give me some lame explanation but I told her to get another stylist over here right now. In the end another stylist had to recut my hair. So, the cut was fixed. Was it what I wanted? NO.
