First of all, Alex Narcowich in sales was totally awesome with excellent customer service. He came out three times without a contract to help us to determine the issue and then worked through the contract for us. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Their notary, Amy Fenton was very professional and polite. Joshua Johns and his team did an amazing job on the roof installation and completed it in 12 hours. We highly recommend Alex and this company if you’re ever in need of a roof.
Very happy with my new roof. From beginning to finish, they handled all the paperwork for our homeowners association, insurance company and mortgage company. Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable and so helpful. The job was done in one day (still can’t believe it). Great company, perfect work.
Touching vehicles to do door to door sales is not okay. When asked to leave the property after removing card the sales person had the audacity to ask for the card back, knowing I was not happy. Please stop touching personal vehicles for your own gain, we are not interested.
