They ran a camera into sewer drain. The footage they sent was useless. Couldn’t see anything. I brought this up to them but they ignored me. Ended up finding someone else to do it and it was way more clear. $300 lesson.
I was disappointed with my experience with this plumbing company. I originally called about a clogged drain, but instead of fully addressing the clog, the technician quickly recommended replacing all of the piping. I tried explaining that the snake didn’t appear to be reaching the clog, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. I later contacted another plumber who focused on clearing the clog first, which resolved the immediate issue.
